By filling out a profile you receive a SILVER MEMBERSHIP.

What if I don't submit a photo?
Your profile will not have the same amount of exposure.
Other members view profiles ten times more than those without photos.
How do I update/change
my profile?
Sign in. Go to View/Edit My Profile and find the section
of your profile you want to change. Click on one of the following and
edit what you need.
1. "Vital Info"
2. "The Basics"
3. "My Personality"
4. " About My Match"
How much is a Gold membership?

Once my gold
membership has expired, how do become a Gold Member again?
Any time during your membership you may click on "Buy
Gold Membership" button. Then choose the best plan for your needs.
Your FREE Silver Membership will
begin immediatley. You do not have to fill out the profile information
again when you become a Gold Member. Go to the Site
Tour / About Us section to learn about Gold Membership pricing.

What do I get with my FREE Silver Membership?
You may use most, but not all of
the Community areas such as Chinese Astrology and the Chat Rooms. You
will need to upgrade to a Gold membership to contact other members.
How do I submit
a photo?
After filling out a profile you
will be asked to submit a photo. If you did not submit photo at that
time, Login and go to the member home page and click "submit a
photo" button. Follow the instructions for picture size requirements
and how to post the photo.
How do I change
or delete my photo?
If you want to change your photo or just want to delete
your photo, go to "View/Edit My Profile." If you want to change
your photo, just submit another photo and this will replace your current
photo. If you want to delete your photo, scroll down to "Delete
My Photo" and click on the "delete photo" button.
What if I don't
have a scanner or digital photo?
You can mail in your photo(s) to
our office and Cupid in the Stars will scan your photo(s) for FREE.
Put your user name on the back of the photos. No photos will be returned
unless you include a self addressed stamped envelope.

How do I change my password?
Sign in. Go to "View/Edit My
Profile" and scroll down to "Change Password" and click
on "change." Follow instructions to change your password.
How do stop
my automatic monthly renewal payments?
You can stop the automatic monthly renewal charges to
your credit card by:

need your subsciption number you recieved when you made your first
payment. You can find this number on your payment receipt.
If you don't have your subscription
number, you must go to www.ibillcs.com
Scroll
down to Stop Automatic Payments
and enter the subscription number in the space provided.
Click on "Cancel Rebill
Subscroption"
You will be sent a cancel comfermation
via E-mail
How do I cancel
my membership?
You can cancel your membership by logging in and clicking
on "View/Edit My Profile." You then have two options for canceling
your membership:
Make your profile inactive, just
"Hide" your profile.
Permanently delete your profile
When you "hide" your profile, it can no longer
be seen by other members. The advantage is that, should your situation
change down the road, you can come back and make your profile active
again. You won't have to re-enter all of your information.
How can I Hide my profile so other
members cannot see it?
You can hide your profile by logging
in with you user name and password and go to View/Edit Your Profile.
There you will find a list of control panel options for your membership.
Scroll down to Hide Profile and click on the Hide button. When you want
to show your profile to other members again, come back to this spot
and click on the Show button.
How do I change my password
and/or e-mail address?
You can change this information
and anything else about your profile by clicking on the "Edit / View Profile"
(after you log in)Button and scroll down to Change Password. You will
be taken to a page to put in your current password and then you new password.
How do I send messages or
Shooting Stars E-mail to other members?
The first step is to view
that member's profile. At the top of the profile is a button called "Send
E-Mail" and "Send a Shooting Star". Click on "E-Mail Member"
button, and you will get a place to type in your message. Or Click on
"Send a Shooting Star" button, and a notice will be sent to
that person's Star Box.
Can I get my messages sent
to me directly?
When someone sends you a message,
we notify you that you have new mail at DateDash.com. However, we don't
forward the message itself. You can read your message by logging in.
The advantage is that you can immediately view the member's profile
to get more information and your e-mail address is never revealed.
If I deleted
an e-mail from my Mail Box, can I get it back?
Unfortunately NO. Once you have
deleted a message or a Star Box message it is gone forever.
